22 town houses were already built. They are located on the most attractive properties in the Zaunberwinkel development in the eastern Munich suburb of Poing. These houses are energy conserving (and thus cost-efficient), meeting the 40 standard of energy efficiency established for houses by Germany's KfW public sector bank.

Buildings - and thus not motor vehicles - are the number one producers of the world's emissions of CO2. A study conducted by RICS, the international association of real estate experts, pegs the buildings' output at 40% of the worldwide total. Reducing these emissions has become a major objective of the construction and real estate sectors.

At the forefront of the achieving of this objective are "green" houses. These are made from high-quality recycled and recyclable materials. These materials join with an equally high quality of construction in yielding houses of low energy consumption and sustainable value. This low consumption translate into low heating bills - and a lessening of climate-damaging emissions.

The houses are not only energy and cost-efficient. They are beautiful to look at and to live in. And they offers lots of space for families. And that's who we are building the houses for - families, generations of them.
